How to design the wardrobe reasonably?
In daily life, we often have such things: where are my clothes? Where are my socks? I can't find what was clearly organized here. The culprit is the unreasonable design of the wardrobe. Next, the whole house customization editor will introduce to you how to make a wardrobe and a reasonable design of the wardrobe?
PART1: wardrobe structure
The structure of the straight wardrobe: First of all, the combination of the panel wardrobe is that the side panel covers the top (bottom) panel, and the connection between the side panel and the top (bottom) panel is connected by a three-in-one and a wooden tip. There are footlines on the front and back of the wardrobe, and the height of the footlines is 70mm.
Secondly, the wardrobe should have a sliding door. If there is no top cabinet, a 18mm thick and 180mm wide upper backing plate should be added on the top plate to install the upper guide rail of the sliding door. In addition, a 18mm thick and 110mm wide one should be added below. Install the lower guide rail of the sliding door on the lower backing plate.
Finally, for the side panel of the wardrobe cloakroom, the top (bottom) panel is a cabinet with a depth of 490mm, the back panel has a groove of 15mm, and the groove width is 6*6mm deep. The laminate depth is 475mm. For the side panels, the top (bottom) panel is a cabinet with a depth of 550mm, the back panel has a groove of 15mm, and the groove width is 6*6mm deep. Laminate depth is 485mm.
The structure of the wardrobe with a top cabinet: first, the wardrobe should be a sliding door with a top cabinet, and the upper guide rail is directly installed on the bottom plate of the top cabinet; however, a 18mm thick and 110mm wide lower backing plate should be added below to install the sliding door lower rail.
Finally, the total depth of the side hinged door of the top cabinet is 600mm, the side panel is 580mm deep, the back panel is grooved at 15mm, and the groove width is 6*6mm deep. If there is a middle and side panel, it is 565mm.
PART2: Wardrobe functional partition
Bedding area: According to the usual height of the quilt, this area is usually 400-500mm high and 900mm wide. This space is mainly used to store quilts that are not used in changing seasons. Because it is inconvenient to take items, the upper part of the wardrobe is usually used as a quilt area, which is also conducive to moisture-proof.
Stacking area: This area can be designed as an adjustable movable layer, which is convenient to change the height according to the needs or change it to other areas. For example, after more clothes are hung, the clothes rail can be placed and changed to the top area. This area is mainly used for stacking sweaters, T-shirts, casual pants and other clothes. It is better to arrange it in the area between the waist and the eyes, so that it is easy to take. According to the folded width of general clothes, the width of the cabinet should be between 330-400mm, and the height should be 350-400mm.
Long clothing area: 1400-1500mm high, not less than 1300mm. The long clothes area is mainly used for hanging windbreakers, down jackets, coats, dresses, dresses and other long clothes. You can design the width of the long clothing area according to the number of long clothes you own. Usually, the width of 450mm is enough for one person. If more people use it, you can appropriately widen or design multiple long clothing areas. In addition, if the space is not particularly tight, it is recommended to choose a depth of 600mm, so that hanging clothes is more comfortable.
Top area: 1000-1200mm high, the top area is used to hang suits, shirts, coats and other tops that are prone to wrinkles. In order to facilitate the placement of the clothes hanger, the distance between the clothes hanger and the top of the cabinet should be greater than or equal to 60mm. According to the normal length of the clothes, in order to prevent the clothes from being dragged to the bottom of the board, the distance between the clothes rail and the bottom board should be greater than 900mm. In addition, it should be noted that the distance from the clothes rail to the ground should not exceed 1800mm according to the height of the individual, otherwise it will be inconvenient to take.
Drawer area: width 400-800mm, height 190mm. This area is mainly used to store underwear. Generally, 3 or 4 drawers are designed under the upper garment area, which are mainly used to store underwear. Calculated according to the height of the rolled up underwear, the height of the drawer should not be lower than 190mm, otherwise the clothes will be easily caught when the drawer is closed.
Trellis: The height of the trellis is between 160-200MM. This area is mainly used for storing ties, and since there are clips to hold the ties inside, it does not require too high a space.
Pants rack: 800-1000mm high. The trouser hanger is specially used for hanging trousers, which is not easy to wrinkle. All trousers are folded in half to hang, so the distance between the hanging bar and the bottom plate should not be less than 600mm, otherwise the trousers will be dragged to the bottom plate. It is recommended to buy a wardrobe with anti-slip trousers, which can prevent trousers from falling; general trousers are easy to fall off.
PART3: wardrobe size
Overall space division: If you want to go to the end, follow the 60-150-60 principle (that is, the upper cabinet is 600mm, the middle is 1500mm, and the lower cabinet is 600mm)! If there are many floors, the lower cabinet is generally 2100mm, and the rest belongs to the upper cabinet. If the lower cabinet is made too high, the requirements for the door panel are very high, and the possibility of deformation will increase a lot after a long time!
The depth of the wardrobe: the most common is 600mm deep, the depth of the wardrobe is 530-620mm, plus the door, the width of the whole wardrobe is 600mm, and there is no big problem for putting clothes in this width. The narrowest connecting door should not be less than 530mm, otherwise the sleeves will be pinched. If you can only set a narrower wardrobe due to the limitation of the room area, you can use a pull-out pole, which has several sizes, and the wardrobe can be as deep as 350mm.
Drawers in the wardrobe: Generally, it should be installed in an area below one meter. The width of the drawer is 40-80cm, the height of a single layer of the lattice frame is 8-10cm, and the distance between the drawer and the ground is preferably less than 125cm. It should be noted that a single drawer is generally 200mm as a grid, not less than 150mm, and not wider than 250mm is better!
Height of different clothes: short clothes, tops and lower suits should have a height of 800mm. The long coat cannot be lower than the height of 1300mm inside the cabinet, otherwise it will be dragged to the bottom of the cabinet. It is better to be higher than too low! The trouser rack space should be reserved at 650mm, and if it is hung on a hanger, at least 700mm should be reserved.
